Shame. Time was this site was buzzing with people contributing; looks like it's now dying on its arse. No point writing and photographing if no one sees it or is bothered to respond. Oh well.

I feel the same, such a shame as it was good on here two years ago......forum are dying on their arses as FB/Instagram has taken over....they have their place but not the same as a forum for ongoing project images/posts etc.

Had hoped the new interest and look just might encourage visitors, but almost zero marketing it not raising any new interest it seems?

I tried to reply to you but somehow it didn't upload?

It's a strange thing as some forums still seem to be going well and I can't see any rhyme or reason as to why some are busy and some aren't.

Unfortunately from my side, I'm right in the middle of starting a whole new business, so my 'Dream has had to take a back seat. I just don't have the time.

Also there are a few of the original members who seem to have disappeared completely, which is a real loss.

Many of your featured bikes look very high end and the website mentions how high the standards are, how many bikes are acutually shed built or proffesional builds. I like to see both shed builds and professional builds but prefer the latter.

I think most of the bikes which are featured on the website are pro jobs these days. Which sounds a bit anachronistic, given the supposed nature of the 'scene', but probably reflects the commercialisation of what was until la few years ago, largely an amateur affair. But good shed builds do get featured.

If you pull up at a local bikers tea hut everyone gathers around some rusty oily eastern european bike of a make that no ones ever heard of. If you lose the crouds/masses as you become more "commercialised" that has to impact badly on your commercial prospects. Other bikers look at cafe racers, flat trackers and other custom bikes because they might want to build something unless they have very deep pockets they are not going to look at high end builds.

I guess the high end builds can be looked at as inspiration.
